Group Exercise Studio
We offer a beautiful Group Exercise Studio with surrounding mirrors, steps, dumbbells, stability balls, mats, Yoga mats, blocks and straps. The studio is open for members to use outside of the class schedule. “Video on Demand” with 300 classes is available to Members outside of the Group Exercise Schedule.
Change Rooms
Our Change Rooms are fully equipped with showers and lockers that can be rented out to accommodate your needs. Complimentary toiletry items that you may use in case you’ve forgotten to pack them.
Personal Training
Looking for some one-on-one guidance to help get you to your fitness goals? Need some extra motivation? Then you may want to consider Personal Training or Small Group Training. This service is now available to members and guests of AeroCentre Fitness.
